I have been involved for the past year and a half with a program from America BOSS, the Movement (See Charisma Magazine Feb 2004 cover feature), and we recently completed the first BOSS the Movement class for kids in Indonesia. Participants were 5th and 6th graders. Graduation was Friday evening, May 4. 
This program teaches kids self confidence, communication skills, and how to trust in God as their source. Trainers are called coaches. Students and coaches alike have powerful testimonies of changed attitudes and lives due to the course. One coach was amazed that she could actually ask God for things and get real answers! I took off from teaching in the DTS Thursday afternoon for graduation practice and special pizza treat for the kids, and on Friday afternoon and evening for the graduation ceremonies.
Graduation was held for the 41 participants in the Cita Hati school (where I am advisor, and director of the BOSS program) high school auditorium. (below) Coaches enjoy a moment during last-minute planning on Thursday
