Walking With Jesus - NEW LIFE

NEW LIFE usually would mean 'born again' when talking in Christian circles, but we sometimes forget that new life is continually coming into our world physically.

Here I am with my new grand daughter. I visited her (and her parents) at her home in Las Vegas on my recent visit to U.S.

Now I am back and jet lag is the worst I ever had! But memories of holding this bundle of new life and promise keep me fresh! She is my favorite topic of conversation (next to Jesus) and even though I risk boring people I just can't stop raving about both of them.

AMBON FLO AUGUST

Ambon: City (and Island) in Maluku, Indonesia. Often used erroneously for the entire area of central Maluku. Maluku were actually the Spice Islands during the Dutch Colony era. Almost entirely Christian until the Transmigration programs of the ‘70's and ‘80's when huge numbers of muslims were relocated, ostensibly to take them out of overcrowded city areas and give them land, but many believe, and the effect was, that it diluted Christian populations. Today about 50% of each. Beautiful place of abundance.

Muslim: Offer self to die in killing non-Muslims
Christian: Offer self to die to give life to non-Christians
Muslim: Kill self in process of killing others
Christian: Die to self in serving others
RADICAL CHRISTIAN: ONE WHO REALLY BELIEVES AND FOLLOWS THE TEACHING OF JESUS (Turn the other cheek, bless your enemies, give out of your need, not your abundance, don't worry about anything, etc)
